About Dr. Domenick

Mark T. Domenick, MD, leverages his years of experience and warm bedside manner to serve his patients at Wellspring Family Medicine, a Christ-centered family medicine practice in Accident and Oakland, Maryland. 

After graduating summa cum laude with his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Frostburg State University in Frostburg, Maryland, Dr. Domenick earned his Doctor of Medicine from West Virginia University in Morgantown. To further build on his experience, he also completed a family practice residency at WVU. 

Today, Dr. Domenick is board-certified in family medicine, is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice, and serves as a clinical assistant professor of family medicine at WVU. He also shares his knowledge as an advanced trauma life support (ATLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) instructor. His servant’s heart drives him and he has served on multiple committees at Garrett Memorial Hospital, including on their executive committee and as a stroke advisor. 

Dr. Domenick’s Christian faith shapes his life. When he’s not serving patients or serving his local community through his medical expertise, you can find him working as Sunday school superintendent at Loch Lynn Church of God. He’s also a member of the Christian Motorcycle Association. Dr. Domenick also enjoys camping, hiking, swimming, and skating.
